Terms & Conditions

• By creating a GrabSlot account, downloading the app, or using grabslot.app, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Shipping & Cancellation policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

• You must be 18 or older to create an account and book on your own.
• Accounts are personal — you can't share, sell, or transfer them.
• You must provide accurate information (name, phone, email) and keep it updated.

• GrabSlot is a marketplace that connects players with sports venues and coaches. We are not the venue and not the coach — we are the platform that lists their availability, takes the booking, and routes the payment.
• Venue and coach quality is the venue's and coach's own responsibility, though we vet and monitor them. We're allowed to remove any partner who breaches our standards.

• A booking becomes confirmed when you receive a confirmation (in-app and via WhatsApp/SMS) and the payment has succeeded.
• You must arrive on time. Late arrivals lose the unused portion of their slot.
• Recurring bookings are atomic — if any week isn't available, the series isn't created.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed through our payment gateway [placeholder: Razorpay / Cashfree]. By paying, you also agree to the gateway's terms.
• GrabSlot earns a platform fee of 8% per booking, charged to the venue or coach. There is no booking fee, surcharge, or subscription for players.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Cancellation policy. The short version: full refund if you cancel more than 4 hours before; partial refund within 4 hours; no refund within 1 hour or for no-shows.

• Treat venue staff, coaches, and other players with respect.
• Do not damage venue equipment or facilities. You are liable for damages caused by negligence or wilful misconduct.
• No discrimination, harassment, or unlawful behaviour. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach this.

• You can rate and review venues and coaches. Reviews must be honest, based on your own experience, and free of personal attacks or unlawful content.
• By posting content (reviews, photos, feedback), you grant GrabSlot a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce that content within the service.
• We can remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

The GrabSlot name, logo, app, and website (other than user content and venue listings) are owned by GrabSlot. You can't copy, scrape, or reverse engineer the platform without our written permission.

• The service is provided 'as is'. We don't guarantee that every booking will be perfect or every venue will meet your expectations.
• Sport involves risk of injury. By using GrabSlot to book a venue or coach, you accept that GrabSlot is not responsible for injuries sustained at the venue.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrabSlot's total liability for any claim is capped at the total amount you paid through the platform in the 3 months before the claim arose.

• You can delete your account anytime from the app's Settings → Account → Delete.
• We can suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms, fraud, or abuse, with notice where possible.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to mandatory consumer law protections in your state of residence.
