Terms & Conditions

By creating a GrabSlot account, downloading the app, or using grabslot.in, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cancellation & Refunds policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
• One person, one account — sharing credentials or creating fake accounts is not allowed.

GrabSlot is a marketplace that connects players with sports venues and coaches. We facilitate discovery, booking, and payment. We do not operate the venues or employ the coaches listed on the platform.

• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment.
• Venue and coach availability is shown in real time but can change; if a confirmed slot becomes unavailable due to venue or coach error, you receive a full refund and courtesy credit as described in our Cancellation & Refunds policy.
• You are responsible for arriving on time and following venue rules.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed through our payment gateway Razorpay / Viapar Gateway. By paying, you also agree to the gateway's terms.
• GrabSlot earns one of India's lowest platform fees per booking, charged to the venue or coach. There is no booking fee, surcharge, or subscription for players.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refunds policy. The short version: 80% refund if you cancel more than 4 hours before; 70% from 4 hours until 1 hour before; no refund within 1 hour or for no-shows. Eligible online refunds take 5–7 business days; cash handling remains venue-specific.

• Treat venue staff, coaches, and other players with respect.
• Do not damage venue equipment or facilities. You are liable for damages caused by negligence or wilful misconduct.
• No discrimination, harassment, or unlawful behaviour. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach this.

• You can rate and review venues and coaches. Reviews must be honest, based on your own experience, and free of personal attacks or unlawful content.
• By posting content (reviews, photos, feedback), you grant GrabSlot a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce that content within the service.
• We can remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

The GrabSlot name, logo, app, and website (other than user content and venue listings) are owned by VKRAFT Software Services Pvt Ltd. You can't copy, scrape, or reverse engineer the platform without our written permission.

• The service is provided 'as is'. We don't guarantee that every booking will be perfect or every venue will meet your expectations.
• Sport involves risk of injury. By using GrabSlot to book a venue or coach, you accept that GrabSlot is not responsible for injuries sustained at the venue.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrabSlot's total liability for any claim is capped at the total amount you paid through the platform in the 3 months before the claim arose.

• You can delete your account anytime from the app's Settings → Account → Delete.
• We can suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms, fraud, or abuse, with notice where possible.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Nashik, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to mandatory consumer law protections in your state of residence.
