Cancellation & Refunds

• GrabSlot is a digital booking platform for sports courts, coaching sessions, and tournament slots. We do not sell or ship physical goods.
• Your purchase is complete when the booking is confirmed in the app and you receive a confirmation message (email, WhatsApp, or SMS).
• Confirmation typically arrives within 30 seconds of successful payment. If you haven't received it within 5 minutes, contact contact@vkraftsoftware.com and we'll resolve it.

• You can cancel a booking anytime before the slot starts. The refund depends on how close to the slot you cancel.
• More than 4 hours before the slot: 80% refund.
• From 4 hours until 1 hour before: 70% refund.
• Less than 1 hour before, or no-show: no refund.

Eligible online refunds take 5–7 business days back to the original payment instrument. Cash handling remains venue-specific.

• If the venue cancels (overbooking, equipment failure, rain on outdoor courts), you get a 100% refund plus a courtesy credit of ₹100 added to your GrabSlot wallet.
• If the booking is cancelled due to events outside reasonable control (natural disaster, government order, public health restrictions), you get a 100% refund. No courtesy credit applies in this case.

• Same matrix as courts, with the addition that 12-week coaching plans can be paused with 7 days notice — the remaining sessions move forward by the pause duration up to a 4-week maximum.
• If your coach cancels a session, you get a free rescheduled session or a 100% refund of that session, at your choice.

• Tournament entry fees are non-refundable once the draw is published, except where the tournament itself is cancelled or postponed by the organiser, in which case 100% is refunded.
• Withdrawals before the draw publication are refunded minus a 10% administrative fee.

• In the app: Bookings → select the booking → Cancel. The refund amount is shown before you confirm.
• Through support: email contact@vkraftsoftware.com with your booking ID. Replies within 1 working day, urgent cases within 2 hours.

• If you believe a cancellation or refund has been processed incorrectly, contact contact@vkraftsoftware.com within 7 days. We review every dispute and escalate to our Grievance Officer (see Privacy Policy) if needed.
• Chargebacks initiated through your bank without first raising a dispute with us may result in account suspension while we investigate.
