Request GrabSlot account deletion
Use this form to request deletion of your GrabSlot account and associated personal data. After we verify your request, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days.
Effective 1 January 2026
How it works
- Submit the form below using the email or phone number registered on your GrabSlot account.
- Our team will verify ownership of the account.
- Once verified, we soft-delete the account and anonymize personal data.
- You will no longer be able to sign in to GrabSlot.
What we delete / anonymize
- Profile details (name, email, phone, avatar, etc.)
- Login credentials / sessions
- Device / notification tokens
- Public profile visibility in the app
What we may retain (legal / finance)
Booking and payment records as required by law (e.g. tax/accounting), kept only as needed and anonymized where possible.
If the form fails, email privacy@grabslot.in with subject “Account deletion request”, and include your registered email or phone.
