Shipping & Cancellation

How we deliver, cancel, and refund bookings.

Effective 1 January 2026

Service Delivery

  • GrabSlot is a digital service. We do not ship physical goods. Your 'delivery' is the confirmed booking of a sports court, coaching session, or tournament slot.
  • Delivery is considered complete the moment your booking is confirmed in the app and you receive the confirmation message (WhatsApp/SMS/email).
  • Confirmation typically arrives within 30 seconds of successful payment. If you haven't received it within 5 minutes, contact support@grabslot.app and we'll resolve it.

Cancellation Window

  • You can cancel a booking anytime before the slot starts. The refund depends on how close to the slot you cancel.

Refunds are issued in 5–7 business days to the original payment instrument.

Venue-initiated / Force Majeure

  • If the venue cancels (overbooking, equipment failure, rain on outdoor courts), you get a 100% refund plus a courtesy credit of ₹100 added to your GrabSlot wallet.
  • If the booking is cancelled due to events outside reasonable control (natural disaster, government order, public health restrictions), you get a 100% refund. No courtesy credit applies in this case.

Coaching Sessions

  • Same matrix as courts, with the addition that 12-week coaching plans can be paused with 7 days notice — the remaining sessions move forward by the pause duration up to a 4-week maximum.
  • If your coach cancels a session, you get a free rescheduled session or a 100% refund of that session, at your choice.

Tournaments

  • Tournament entry fees are non-refundable once the draw is published, except where the tournament itself is cancelled or postponed by the organiser, in which case 100% is refunded.
  • Withdrawals before the draw publication are refunded minus a 10% administrative fee.

How to Cancel

  • In the app: Bookings → select the booking → Cancel. The refund amount is shown before you confirm.
  • Through support: email support@grabslot.app with your booking ID. Replies within 1 working day, urgent cases within 2 hours.

Disputes

  • If you believe a cancellation or refund has been processed incorrectly, contact support@grabslot.app within 7 days. We review every dispute and escalate to our Grievance Officer (see Privacy Policy) if needed.
  • Chargebacks initiated through your bank without first raising a dispute with us may result in account suspension while we investigate.
